Only tickets purchased before midnight, February 24, 2012 are eligible to win the Bonus Prize.

If all tickets are sold by the Early Bird ticket sales deadline, then all 2,286 prize draws (excluding the Bonus draw) will be completed by April 11, 2012. If tickets remain after the Early Bird ticket sales deadline, then only the Early Bird draw will be made on April 11, 2012. The remaining 2,285 prize draws will be completed by April 24, 2012. Final ticket sales deadline is midnight, April 12, 2012.

DRAW ORDER:
The first draw is for the Bonus Prize on March 6, 2012. The second draw is for the Early Bird Prize; then draws are made in the order of the least retail value up to the Grand Prize. After each draw, including the Bonus and Early Bird draws, the winning ticket number is recorded and the token goes back into the draw drum for the next draw. Each ticket purchased before the Bonus ticket sales deadline is eligible for all 2,287 draws. Each ticket purchased before the Early Bird ticket sales deadline, but after the Bonus ticket sales deadline is eligible for all remaining 2,286 draws. Tickets purchased after the Early Bird ticket sales deadline will be eligible for the remaining 2,285 draws. All draws will be held at the offices of Deloitte & Touche LLP, with the top valued prize draws to be televised.

All winners of prizes will be notified in writing by the professional services firm of Deloitte & Touche LLP as to what they have won and how to claim prizes. All prizes must be accepted as awarded with no cash equivalencies available.

In the event of a sellout prior to the Early Bird deadline, a complete winners list will be published in The StarPhoenix and online at www.HospitalHomeLottery.org on April 19, 2012. If tickets remain after the Early Bird deadline, the winners list will be published on May 3, 2012.

†50/50 Add-ons must be ordered in conjunction with your Hospital Home Lottery ticket. 50/50 Add-on orders will not be accepted after your original Hospital Home Lottery ticket order date. A maximum of 200,000 Add-ons are available for sale, with a minimum prize guarantee of $100,000. In the event that all tickets are sold by the Early Bird ticket sales deadline of midnight, March 29, 2012, the 50/50 Add-on draw will be completed by April 11, 2012. If tickets remain after the Early Bird ticket sales deadline, the 50/50 Add-on draw will be completed by April 24, 2012.

Prizes awarded may not be exactly as illustrated. This lottery is intended for Saskatchewan residents.

TOTAL RETAIL VALUE OF ALL PRIZES IS APPROXIMATELY $2,114,968.95 INCLUDING TAXES.
